
Garlic Herb Roasted Cabbage Steaks
Perfect for: Healthy side dish or light vegetarian dinner

Ingredients
- 1 large green cabbage
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional: grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Remove outer cabbage leaves and slice cabbage into thick round steaks (about 2 cm thick).
- Place steaks on a lined baking tray.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
- Brush the mixture generously on both sides of each cabbage slice.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden and slightly crispy.
- Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top before serving.
