
Cheesy Homestyle Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or macaroni)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- ½ cup cream or milk
- 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Heat oil in a pan. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cooked pasta, beef sauce, and cream.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
