
Layered Mason Jar Fresh Salad
Perfect for: Healthy lunch, meal prep
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Cucumber slices
- Lettuce or spinach
- Boiled chickpeas or beans
- Cooked pasta or quinoa (optional)
- Feta cheese cubes
- Olive oil + lemon juice
- Salt & pepper

Instructions
- Add dressing first: olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
- Layer firm items next: chickpeas, cucumber, pasta.
- Add tomatoes and cheese.
- Finish with leafy greens on top.
- Close jar and refrigerate up to 3 days. Shake before eating.
