Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or macaroni)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • ½ cup cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
Ground Beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix cooked pasta, beef sauce, and cream.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
  7. Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
